This interactive class on Canva is designed for those who want to use Canva to create professional-quality graphics with ease. Whether you’re looking to design social media posts, presentations, flyers, or even custom logos, this class will cover the essential tools and techniques to get you started.

Description:
This practical session builds on the fundamentals taught in Canva Part 1 and focuses on turning nonprofit ideas into polished, professional visual content. Participants will learn when to start from scratch and when to use templates, how to customize layouts effectively, how to enhance visuals with editing tools, and how to structure designs for clarity and impact. We’ll also explore platform-specific formatting for social media, websites, and print so your message looks good everywhere—not just on screen. The session includes hands-on design time and live Q&A, giving attendees the confidence to create real pieces they can use immediately.

Creating & Customizing

  • When to begin with a template vs. a blank canvas
