As Microsoft phases out Publisher, many organizations are left asking the same question: what do we use now? This session is designed to provide a clear, practical answer.
Rather than focusing on one tool, this class walks through the current landscape of modern design platforms and helps you determine the best fit for your organization—whether you are creating simple flyers or full reports.
Participants will gain a working understanding of today’s most relevant options, including Canva, Microsoft Designer, Adobe Express, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, and Affinity Publisher.
The class also addresses one of the most important (and often overlooked) challenges: how to transition away from existing Publisher files without losing valuable content.
A live demonstration will show how a typical Publisher document—such as a flyer or newsletter—can be recreated using a modern platform.
